Boy scout backpacking trip up lost horse Creek. Due to the incredible amount of rain we didn't make it to the lake. We hiked the road instead! It was a blast and everyone had a great time!

Boy Scout Camp 2013, Camp Easton

Boy Scout Camp 2013, Camp Easton.

Camp was great, a little rain, a lot of sun, fun on the beach. The staff was awesome, the food was well the food was there. Thank goodness for peanut butter and jelly. Looking forward to next year!

Camporee 2013 Bitterroot District

Camporee last weekend at Lee Metcalf Wildlife Refuge in Stevensville and an undisclosed property east of Stevensville. A great presentation by the Metcalf staff including waterfowl identification, owl sounds, and more. The boys successfully ID 25 different bird species.
Identification of bird wings. Everyone can now tell a red head from a canvasback now right?

A little Blister First Aid, Tim are your feet wet! Thank goodness for mole skin.
